Introduction
When you arrange for catering with Eurest Corporate Services,
the success of your function is assured by our professional and courteous
staff. Should your plan include items or selections not found on our site, we
would be happy to customize for you.
Catering Office Hours
The catering office is available from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday. If you would like to contact us please call 650-584-4130

Operating Hours
Although our services are available 24/7 (volume permitting)
our regular hours of operation are 7am – 4pm. Any event that begins
before 7am or after 4pm, and any event that ends after 6pm will be
subject to “after hours” labor/service charges
After - hours events
All events that begin before 7am, begin
after 4pm or end after 6pm are considered
"after hours". All after-hours events require a labor charge (5 hour
minimum charge at $35/hr).
CATERING SERVICE STYLES
- Drop - Off Service:
Recommended
for casual luncheons, smaller groups and less formal functions. As there is no pick-up for Disposable Drop
- Off, when ordering disposable delivery please enter 12:00 am for pick-up
time.

Please remember to enter an accurate pickup time
for all full service events - we can no longer leave items overnight to pick up
the next day, and may have to charge a fee if your event ends more than 30
minutes after your quoted pick - up time. - China Service:

Room Reservations
All room reservations must go through the Outlook calendar and room set-ups and equipment (tables, heaters, speakers etc) ordered online via the SSR reservation system. Please note on your catering order how many and
what kind of tables you have reserved if no existing surface is to be used.
Notice
We request that you provide at least 72 hours advance notice
for all catered services. The
ordering system is time sensitive! It will NOT let you submit an order less
than 24 hours before your event and many items will not be available after the 72 hour cutoff. We
will work with you to find solutions for any last - minute needs.

For last minute or Pop-Up orders, the service convenience
fees are as follows:
$25 for orders up to 10 persons
$50 for orders between 11-99 persons
$100 for orders above 100 persons
Cancellations
We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with
short notice. Please notify us by phone 24 hours in advance to avoid a
75% cancellation fee due to our advance preparation.
Minimums
There is an 8 portion minimum for all catering items.
LABOR
Additional on-site service personnel are billed at the
rates listed below.
· Servers, bartenders, and Chefs @ $35/hr with a five - hour minimum. Time will be calculated from
the time that they arrive for pre event preparation and will end after clean-up
is completed or five hours, whichever is longer.
Rental Items, SpecialTY Decor & SERVICES:
The catering department can provide room décor, specialty linens, lighting, florals, DJ & Photobooth Services among many
other items/services to assist you in your event planning. A minimum of 1 weeks notice is required for these services and items will be subject
to availability, It is highly recommended that orders with any special service requests are
submitted at least two weeks in advance.
Missing Equipment
Eurest must recover all catering equipment, so if you move
any equipment or items from the delivery location, please notify the catering
department ext. 44130 of the new location. Any equipment or supplies missing at
the time of pick up will be billed to the sponsoring cost center at replacement
value ($40.00 minimum charge per item).
Un-consumed Food and Beverages
To ensure that we meet all local, state and federal
guidelines for food and safety and to protect you, our valued customer, it is
our policy that no outside food or beverage will be permitted at a Eurest
catered event. We are also unable to provide “to-go” containers for food to be
taken away after your event.
