TERMS

1. Any function outside of our hospitality core hours of 8.00-16.00 will incur additional labour charges

2. Please be aware that a minimum order applies to some hospitality services, these are stated within our menu

3. Any food cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a full charge

4. Any beverage cancellations made within 24 hours will incur full labour or equipment charge

5. Beverage orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, food orders 48 hours in advance, canapé / finger food functions 72 hours in advance and masterclasses 1 week in advance

6. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances please contact our team for more details on our menu options

7. All food will be removed 2 hours after delivery as per Baxterstorey’s company policy

8. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation email from the hospitality department
