Terms & Conditions

Catering Office:

  • The Catering Department office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.  Closed all major holidays.

 

General Payment:

  • Credit card (per order) is the preferred payment method.  Alternate payment methods will be approved on a per-customer basis. 
  • All orders (unless otherwise agreed upon) will require a credit card preauthorization at 120% of the expected order total.
    • Additional amount authorized will back out upon completion of food delivery/pickup provided no changes have been made to the original order detail.

 

General Ordering/Detail:

  • Orders can be placed online through the online ordering platform or placed via email/phone.  Orders are not confirmed until customer receives an order confirmation email.
  • Pastrami Queen has the right to cancel any order at any given time due to, but not limited to: weather, delivery accessibility, general product availability, etc.  Pastrami Queen will notify the customer as far in advance as possible should a cancelation be necessary.
  • All food images displayed on our ordering platform is standard presentation.  However, due to seasonal availability, purveyors supply, supply chain, and other underlying factors, product may present differently/substitute one-off ingredients where necessary.
  • If a delivery address is outside our standard delivery zone (determined by Pastrami Queen) additional fare/fees may apply for delivery services.
  • Orders will not qualify for delivery if the order subtotal is less than $150.

Cancelations:

·       SAME DAY ORDER CANCELATIONS (requested by customer) will not be accepted/approved.

o    The ordering party (client) will be charged in full, regardless of delivery cancelation

·       All orders need to be canceled 24hours/1 business day prior to expected delivery for a 100% credit card refund, prior 4:00pm. 

·       Rescheduling a delivery date of an order day of expected delivery will not be approved.

·      Pastrami Queen will accept alternate address delivery (within 24/1 business day of expected delivery) provided the original accepting party is not available, no fault will be taken for a delivery arriving later than the expected time due to delivery re-routing, additional delivery fees may occur.
