ORDERING GUIDELINES:
MAX Out orders are due 48 hours in advance of delivery. Monday deliveries due Thursday by 12pm.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All orders must be paid in advance prior to pick up or delivery. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
EDITS/CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellation policy: Up to 1 business day with no penalty fee. We do not accept same day cancellation. No refunds/credits will be provided for orders cancelled after ordering deadlines. MAX Ultimate Food reserves the right to charge your credit card up to 100% of the order amount if the order is canceled on the day of delivery.
ALLERGIES/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Before placing your order, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy. All food menu items allow for a note to be added to the item.
