How will we use information about you?


  • We use this personal information solely to organise your event, invoice the cost of all services provided and for processing your payment/s.

  • We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any other third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential credit/debit card validation during purchase or for the provision of specific services that you have requested to be provided for your event which we sub contract to other providers e.g. sound/ lighting systems, or specialist furniture and equipment

  • We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area).  Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.

  • CCTV – our venue is protected by circuit television (CCTV) systems throughout as deemed necessary and customers should expect all areas (other than those which would contravene

common decency) to be visible on a television monitoring system.  CCTV is a requirement of the Licensing Authority and any information obtained will be used with strict adherence to GDPR. Information will be used for the prevention and detection of crime and to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures. This may include using recorded images as evidence in legal proceedings.  We will share footage with Police Scotland and Licensing Authorities if requested to do so but always in accordance with GDPR.
