Ordering

 

Please place all orders using our bespoke online ordering system

Once placed and fully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the organisers email address. Upon receipt of the order it will be of the understanding that the budget holder has agreed to the order.

 

If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email please assume we have NOT received your request.

 

Late Ordering

 

Orders received less than 48 hours prior to the function cannot be guaranteed although every effort will be made to fulfil your request. Bookings received within this period may incur a late booking charge

 

Evening functions should be booked at least 1 week prior, and weekend functions at least 2 weeks in advance.

 

Please note that alterations and substitutions of menus and items may occur for late orders due to stock and supply issues.

08.00 – 16.00

 

A labour surcharge will be added for any weekend, evening and pre 8:00 booking. Labour charges are determined based on the individual booking and will be calculated specifically for your event.  Delivery

 

Due to the logistics and nature of delivering hospitality we reserve the right to deliver up to 15 minutes prior to your requested booking time. 

 

Please ensure a sufficient number of tables are booked specifically for catering to allow prompt delivery to your event. Without tables we may be unable to deliver.

 

Cancellations & No Shows

 

Any cancellation of hospitality requests within 48 hours of service delivery will result in a 100% charge being applied.

 

Allergen Awareness

Allergen information is available on request for all hospitality products via the relevant contact details below. 

Please let the team know if there is an allergy or food intolerance they need to be aware of.

 

 

External Suppliers

We are the only permitted organisation to provide any form of hospitality (catering service) on the University premises. Staff and students are not permitted to bring in their own hospitality or to arrange to bring in external catering providers for events or meetings without prior approval from the Catering Manager. 

Any beer, wine or spirit brought into the University by customers or guests must be with the prior authorisation of the Conference and Events Office, and a corkage charge will be levied.
