For multi-days event, special celebrations or room reconfiguration, please place you order with at least 7 days in advance and contact CBRE/Corporate Services directly (corporateservices@everestglobal.com). Note that these events will be subject to additional fees.

Short notice cancelations will be subject to cancelation fee to cover product cost, personnel and other expenses.
