Welcome!
At FLIK we aim to help you cross one worry off your list by providing catered meals for your meeting or event. We have developed multiple catered menu options that provide an extensive array of high-quality food and beverage options to meet your budget. Our team can also create specialized menus for any occasion, although special orders may require additional surcharges.
Daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks/breaks can be ordered via the online portal under the Catering tab. Have a larger event or reception in mind? Require linens, floral centerpieces, specialty rentals or fancy china/serving ware? We can help with that also!
Ordering
There is a required 10 guest minimum for all orders. Additionally, some menus will require a minimum number of guests to order that menu item.
We require a minimum 48-hour notice for all catering orders to ensure requested items are available.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for last-minute orders but cannot guarantee they will be accepted. They will be handled in the order they are received and will be subject to chef’s selection of available items.
To better serve your event, we ask that events with 50 or more attendees request catering needs no later than 7 days in advance. The same is requested for multi-day events, special celebrations, or room reconfiguration requests. This is so we can ensure that the necessary food/items and any labor, rentals, linens required for preparation and execution of your request are ordered and scheduled timely.
Please note that large events or special-order items may be subject to additional charges.
Pricing, Cancellations/Guest Count Guarantee
Pricing is per guest unless otherwise stated.
Special events/receptions or Catering orders over 50 people require a 72-hour guarantee on the guest count. Should the guest count decrease or the event is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the requesting group will be charged for the guaranteed number.
Events requiring dedicated attendants/servers or bartenders will be charged additional labor costs per hour, for a minimum of 4 hours.
Additional fees for chef attended events will be applied.
Additional charges, including staffing, will apply to all weekend and certain events outside of normal business hours (7:00am – 4:00pm).
Please note that any cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs, including but not limited to product, staffing, rentals, and/or other related expenses.
Service Standard
Standard catering orders are serviced as drop-off orders. Trained and dedicated service personnel will deliver, set up, and clean up all requested orders. Dedicated buffet attendants/servers can be arranged for an additional charge.
FLIK provides all required items including plates, napkins, serving pieces, heating elements, etc. for your order. Disposable plates and plastic ware are standard with all orders.
Food Safety and Allergies/Intolerances
Your safety is our number one priority. We have implemented various policies and procedures to mitigate the risk of food contamination. Served buffets are also available to mitigate cross contact risk. Our team members will be wearing proper PPE when handling or serving food.
Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate special requests. However, due to our open kitchens that handle the major allergens, gluten and other ingredients for the preparation of other menu items, we cannot guarantee that items will be completely “free” of any ingredient.
While we make every effort to avoid cross-contact, the potential for cross-contact does still exist. We encourage guests to ask to speak to the Chef or Manager regarding any questions or concerns about the ingredients contained in the food being considered.
