Cancellation Policy:
Catering orders may be cancelled without penalty, up to 10:45am two days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Orders cancelled within 48-hours, will incur a 50% cancellation fee (of order total), to be charged to the card on file. 

Note about the Coronavirus: We understand this is a sensitive time for placing orders with COVID19. While we will do all we can to be supportive, we are also balancing supporting our staff who are directly impacted by cancellations as well. For orders that are placed online during Passover will be subject to our standard cancelation policy and procedures. Order Adjustment Terms: All changes to menu and delivery/pickup times, must be confirmed 48-hours prior to the scheduled date. Changes requested within 24-hours cannot be guaranteed. 

Pop-up Pick-ups: Any orders placed for a pop-up will be given a designated pick-up window, should an order not be picked up within this window we will not be able to offer a refund. A reminder email will be sent out the morning of but please mark your calendars accordingly. 

Mask Policy: Please note, if you are picking up an order from any of our locations a face covering must be worn at all times or we have the right to turn down service. Let’s keep each other safe!

Delivery Partner: Wise Sons Deli is partnered with Doordash Drive to deliver our catering orders. All fees are a passed-through cost. The courier will arrive within the requested 30-minute delivery window. Please provide us with a cell phone number when placing your order *you will be receiving a tracking text message once the order has left our store. The courier will only wait 5 minutes, before leaving for another delivery. Should this happen, a re-delivery fee will incur.
