Cancellation Policy: Catering orders may be cancelled without penalty, up to 9am two days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Orders cancelled within 48-hours, will incur a 50% cancellation fee (of order total), to be charged to the card on file.
Note about the Coronavirus: We understand this is a sensitive time for placing orders with COVID19. While we will do all we can to be supportive, we are also balancing supporting our staff who are directly impacted by cancellations as well. Order Adjustment Terms: All changes to menu and delivery/pickup times, must be confirmed by 9am 48-hours prior to the scheduled date.
Pop-up Pick-ups: Any orders placed for a pop-up will be given a designated pick-up window, should an order not be picked up within this window we will not be able to offer a refund. A reminder email will be sent out the morning of but please mark your calendars accordingly.
