Terms & Conditions


Cancellation Policy:
Catering orders may be cancelled without penalty, up to 9am two days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Orders cancelled within 48-hours, will incur a 50% cancellation fee (of order total), to be charged to the card on file. 


Note about the Coronavirus: We understand this is a sensitive time for placing orders with COVID19. While we will do all we can to be supportive, we are also balancing supporting our staff who are directly impacted by cancellations as well. Order Adjustment Terms: All changes to menu and delivery/pickup times, must be confirmed by 9am 48-hours prior to the scheduled date.


Pop-up Pick-ups: Any orders placed for a pop-up will be given a designated pick-up window, should an order not be picked up within this window we will not be able to offer a refund. A reminder email will be sent out the morning of but please mark your calendars accordingly. 


Delivery Partner: Wise Sons Deli is partnered with a third party delivery team for the holidays. All fees are a direct passed-through cost. Do note, by selecting the 9am-3pm window your delivery is subject to arrive at the time that works best for our partners and we are unable to accommodate  specific time requests. Please provide us with a cell phone number when placing your order *you will be receiving a text message the day of delivery with a shortened delivery window. The courier will only wait 5 minutes, before leaving for another delivery. Should this happen, re-delivery cannot be guaranteed. If re-delivery is possible an additional fee will be incurred.
