TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CLIENTS

  • Delivery fees are based on distance from the store.
  • Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours before your event.
  • Dietary restrictions can be accommodated no later than 24 hours before your event. 
  • We are an allergen-friendly facility. We use the term friendly, not free, because our facility contains every major allergen and cannot 100% prevent cross-contact. *We are not a nut-free facility.*
  • Dairy-free in our facility are items which do not contain milk and milk-derivatives.
  • 24-hour minimum cancellation for cold items, or a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
  • 48-hour minimum cancellation for hot items, or a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
  • A credit card is required to confirm catering and will be charged the business day before your event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Delivery minimums are $75.
  • Delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 7:00am to 2:30pm.
  • Please allow a 30-minute window for delivery.
  • Delivery person will attempt delivery for ten minutes after arrival.
  • If contact is not made after ten minutes, the delivery person will return the order to the store. 
  • Orders returned to the store can be picked up.
  • Delivery may be attempted later, it may take up to two hours for the delivery person to return.
