Terms & Conditions

Ordering Guidelines

  • All orders have a 5-person minimum.
  • Earliest delivery time slot is 7:30AM
  • Orders must be placed 2 business days prior to your delivery day.
  • Changes to your order may be made up to 2 business days prior to your delivery day.
  • Catering services will be removed 2 hours following the scheduled service time unless the catering department is notified otherwise.
  • For order requests received within 48 hours of delivery, a $50 late fee will be added.
  • For orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery, a fee may apply for any food that has been prepared or ordered.


 

 

Allergies and Intolerances

  • Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate special requests. However, due to our open kitchens that handle the major allergens and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, and tree nut products, and other potential allergens in the food production area for the preparation of other menu items, we cannot guarantee that items will be completely “free” of any ingredient.
