Catering Guidelines
Catering Operating Hours
For day-to-day meetings and breaks, our team offers catering from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm,
Monday through Friday.
Events, conferences, and meetings with service and custom menus are supported by the
special events team. Select from internal L’Oreal menus or let us customize a seasonal menu to
achieve your vision. For information and an event proposal, please contact Yesenia Davila at

Catering Order Minimums
Catering orders must meet a minimum of 10 per item.
Notice & Cancellation Policies
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to guarantee rentals, commissary, and labor
support. Events cancelled within 72 hours will be billed in full for the costs incurred.
Rentals
Catering services are provided with disposables unless otherwise requested.
Rentals must be paid in full by the client and requested 72 hours in advance. If you need
assistance, please contact your on-site Wolfgang Puck operations manager.
Rentals require staffing – please see below for staffing and labor cost.
Staffing & Labor Cost
Hourly associates must be staffed with a minimum of 5 hours in accordance with California
labor laws and staffing partner minimums.
Labor cost will be determined based on the needs of your event. Labor cost may be applied to
your final banquet event order.
- Event Manager $50/hour
- Captain $45/Hour
- Server $35/Hour
- Butler $35/Hour
- Bartender $37/Hour
Permits, Fees & Tax
A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to secure an ABC license and fall in compliance
with ABC regulators.
Fee schedule
➢ One hundred and five dollars ($105) when anticipated daily attendance is less than one
thousand.
➢ Three hundred thirty dollars ($330) when anticipated daily attendance is at least one
thousand but less than five thousand.
➢ One thousand five dollars ($1,005) when anticipated daily attendance is five thousand
or more.
All orders are subject to local sales tax (Los Angeles 9.5%)
