TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MERCEDES BENZ SUITES:
Placing Food Orders in the Mercedes-Benz
Kitchener Waterloo Luxury Suites
We ask that you designate one individual
to be your primary contact for all food and
beverage correspondence and queries.
In order to ensure availability of menu
items and timely delivery of your food
orders we ask that you place your orders
3 business days in advance of each event.
1. Registration and Ordering at Spoonfed:
To Place an Order
Register at Spoonfed and do the online order form and it will be on Payment on Account which means you have to pay it at the game day after everything is finalized. All orders require advance ordering/
preparation and therefore Compass
Group Canada at The Aud has a
strict 72 hours prior to event deadline.
Cancellations should you find it necessary to cancel your food and beverage order please notify the Suites Supervisor a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event to avoid any unnecessary charges. Cancellations will not be accepted with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to an event and will result in full charges to the Suite Holder.
2. Deadlines:
Pre-event orders are due by 12 midnight daily as per the following schedule:
Sunday – for Wednesday events
Monday – for Thursday events
Tuesday – for Friday events
Wednesday for Saturday or Sunday events
Thursday – for Monday or Tuesday events.
3. Game Day Menu:
If you are unable to meet the 72 hour
pre-order deadline you will be able
to order from our Game Day Menu
upon your arrival to the Suite through our new QR Code inside the Suites or order on Spoonfed till Friday 12noon. Please
note that this menu is limited. It is
always best to pre-order in advance
for best selection.

Suite Menu and Special Requests
Most items on the menu serve 6-8 people.
A Suite entertaining 15-19 guests should
take into consideration the quantity of
items ordered. We will be pleased to assist
you with your order should you have
any questions, would like suggestions
or require any additional services. Every
request. Should a request incur significant
cost, we will advise you of that cost in
advance and request your permission to
proceed. Please contact the Corporate
Suites Manager for assistance.
4. Host and Hostess Requirements:
A host/hostess will be assigned to your Suite
for your convenience to tend to the needs of
you and your guests. All are “Smart Serve”
certified and will monitor consumption for
responsible alcohol service. Please note
that if you would like a specific host/
hostess please submit a request via
email to the Corporate Suites Manager
Compass will do their best to accommodate
your request based on availability. If you
require a host/hostess solely dedicated to
your Suite please let us know a minimum of
72 hours in advance of the Event. An additional
charge of $100.00 will be added to your Suite bill
for each occasion.
Alcohol Policies
Please be aware that it is our legal
obligation to strictly comply with all rules
and regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming
Commission of Ontario with respect to
responsible alcoholic beverage consumption
at the AUD. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased on site. No individual will be permitted to enter or leave the building
with alcoholic beverages. It is the policy of
Compass Group Canada that any person
whom appears to be under the age of 25
will be asked for photo ID. It is against the
law to permit any of your guests to be
served or consume alcoholic beverages
to the point of intoxication. Please help
us ensure that you and your guests enjoy
alcohol in a safe and responsible manner
and refrain from drinking and driving.

Luxury Suite Bar
For your convenience, all Suites are supplied
with a mini-bar fridge which is stocked with an
assortment of soft drinks, bottled water and
a selection of domestic and imported beers.
Your mini-bar fridge will be pre-stocked and
ready for you upon your arrival. Billing will be
based on consumption during each event.
We also offer a full service bar from which
premium liquors, wines and cocktails may be
ordered from your host/hostess throughout
the event. Please consult your in-suite Drink
Menu for a list of our current offerings. You may
also conveniently pre-order wine by the bottle
at the same time you place your food order.
5. Security:
Please remove all personal property when
leaving the premises. Compass Group
Canada will not be responsible for any
lost or misplaced items left unattended
in the Suites.
6. Food and Beverage Policy:
Outside food and beverage is not permitted
in the Suites.
Let us know if there is a specific item that
you would like us to assist you with. Suites
will be supplied with all of the necessities
such as knives, forks, spoons, plates,
napkins, cups etc.
7. Administration Charge:
All prices are subject to a 13% HST and 15%
administration fee. This are standard
fees in all sports venues to offset
the costs of coordinating, consulting,
ordering etc. The administration fee is
not a gratuity and no portion of the fee is
distributed to the employees. Gratuities
are at the discretion of the Mercedes-Benz
Kitchener Waterloo Suite Holder.
8. Account Settlement:
Procedures
Please note that Compass Group Canada
at The Aud does not have an invoicing
option and all charges must be settled at
the end of each event. For your convenience
we accept debit, Master Card, Visa and
American Express. If you, the Suite
Holder, will not be in attendance for the
event please ensure that you have made
payment arrangements with the on-site
contact person to settle the account.
9. Appropriate Behavior and Conduct:
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of
all of our guests, Compass Group Canada
and The Aud request that all guests behave
appropriately at all times. Inappropriate
behavior by a guest may result in him/her
being asked to leave the premises. No
pets, except service animals will be
allowed in any food service areas located
at The Aud.
10. Maintenance and Housekeeping:
Please inform your Suite host/hostess of
any maintenance issues in your Suite so
that we may address the deficiency in a
timely manner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CATERING AT KITCHENER AUDITORIUM:
will be visible till 5 days (120 hours) prior to the event deadline.
• If the deadlines are passed, we cannot cater the event or make any changes or additions.
2. Attendance Numbers:
• Final attendance numbers must be confirmed 7 business days prior to the event for groups less than 100 and 14 business days for groups of 100 or more.
3. Booking Confirmation:
• No date is considered booked until the completed Catering Agreement is signed, or we accept the order on Spoonfed.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• In the event the client cancels the event, the client shall pay Compass the following cancellation amounts:
• Prior to the event which is 3 business days – 100% of additional charges plus 50% of total estimated costs.
• On or after the date which is three business days prior to the event – 100% of estimated costs.
• The client shall pay the above cancellation amounts no later than 10 days following Compass’ receipt of notice of cancellation.
5. Invoicing:
• Invoicing will be based upon confirmed numbers, as mentioned above. Compass cannot guarantee seating or meals for additional attendees above the confirmed number, nor can we provide a reduction to your bill for fewer attendees.
6. Payment:
• Full payment for the function is required before or by 5 pm on the event day.
7. Outside Food and Drink:
• Absolutely no outside food, drink, or alcohol is permitted. The customer shall inform Compass Group Canada in advance of the event date, even if they are bringing alcohol as a gift or giveaway. The customer must make sure gifts for Alcohol or giveaway are not being opened inside licensed areas.
8. Extra Charges:
• Linens, China Silverware, and Table linens are an additional charge. Please indicate in your client information package, and we will order according to your party size.
• Orders under $200 would need to pay extra for China and Silverware.
9. Taxes and Fees:
• There is a 13% tax, 5% Event Coordination fee, and 15% gratuity added to every catering order.
10. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
• The customer is responsible for informing Compass Group Canada of any food allergies or dietary restrictions of their guests at the time of placing the order. Compass Group Canada will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. Please go through Allergen Document at the bottom of the page for more details.
11. Equipment Rental:
• Any equipment required for the catering, such as tables, chairs, or cooking equipment, will be rented at an additional cost. The rental cost will be disclosed to the customer in advance and will be added to the final invoice.
12. Service Staff:
• Service staff, such as servers or bartenders, may be required for the event and will be provided at an additional cost. The cost-of-service staff will be disclosed to the customer in advance and will be added to the final invoice.
13. Liability:
• Compass Group Canada assumes no responsibility for the safety or security of the customer's property or guests. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Compass Group Canada, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims or damages arising from the event.
14. Force Majeure:
• Compass Group Canada shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, or natural disasters.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which the event is held. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
16. Portion Control:
• Portion Control Disclaimer: We do not assume responsibility for regulating food portions among your event guests. However, customers have the option to engage a paid server for dedicated portion control.
