TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MERCEDES-BENZ SUITES

Placing Food Orders in the Mercedes-Benz Kitchener Waterloo Luxury Suites

We ask that you designate one individual to be your primary contact for all food and beverage correspondence and queries. In order to ensure the availability of menu items and timely delivery of your food orders, we ask that you place your orders 3 business days in advance of each event.

1. Registration and Ordering at Spoonfed:

To place an order, register at Spoonfed and complete the online order form. Orders will be on Payment on Account, which means you must pay on game day after everything is finalized.

All orders require advance ordering and preparation. Therefore, Levy Canada at The Aud has a strict 72-hour prior to event deadline.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your food and beverage order, please notify the Suites Supervisor a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event to avoid unnecessary charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an event will result in full charges to the Suite Holder.

2. Deadlines:

Pre-event orders are due by 12 midnight daily according to the following schedule:

  • Sunday – for Wednesday events
  • Monday – for Thursday events
  • Tuesday – for Friday events
  • Wednesday – for Saturday or Sunday events
  • Thursday – for Monday or Tuesday events

3. Game Day Menu:

If you are unable to meet the 72-hour pre-order deadline, you can order from our Game Day Menu upon arrival at the suite using our QR Code located inside the suites or place an order on Spoonfed until 12 noon one day before the event.

Please note that the Game Day Menu is limited.
It is always best to pre-order in advance for the best selection.

Mercedes-Benz Kitchener Waterloo Luxury Suite Menu and Special Requests

Most menu items serve 6-8 people.
For suites entertaining 15-19 guests, please take into consideration the quantity of items ordered.

We are happy to assist you with your order if you have questions, need suggestions, or require additional services.

If a request incurs a significant cost, we will advise you in advance and request your permission to proceed. Please contact the Corporate Suites Manager for assistance.

4. Host and Hostess Requirements:

A host/hostess will be assigned to your suite to tend to you and your guests.
All hosts/hostesses are Smart Serve certified and will monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service.
