GrubStop Terms of Use
Online Ordering Process
In order to place an order with GrubStop (we/our) the Customer (you):
Must sign up for, or, have an active account.
Must only order for yourself or your employer or any other organisation for which you have been given authority so to do.
To purchase alcohol and be the alcohol recipient you must be 21 years old or older and present a valid photo identification(s) verifying your age at the time of alcohol delivery.
Must provide (for Orders to be Delivered), an address, delivery time and delivery date. The address must be within our agreed delivery zones, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse sale. Delivery dates and times must be compatible with the delivery open times.
Must place an order equal to or higher than the minimum order value.
You may add Order Notes and Delivery Notes following the selection of food, and we will endeavour to comply with all reasonable requests. You must select a delivery address (for Orders not to be picked up), and may add optional delivery information. You must input or select a billing address.
You may choose to make payment On Account provided that we have accorded that facility to you, or by credit or debit card.
In order to place an order, you must agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are available at any point during the order process.
No abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated, and GrubStop may suspend or terminate the account of you in question.
Receipt of Order
All customers will receive email confirmation of their order automatically following the order being placed. The email confirmation will include a full breakdown of items and costs involved in the order, the total cost, the delivery date, the requested delivery deadline and location, for orders to be delivered.
Amendments to Order
Any changes to an order must be notified to Grubstop as soon as possible. All efforts will be made to accommodate changes but we reserve the right to refuse changes requested within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Refunds
If the products or service you receive are incorrect or do not meet the standards of GrubStop, you may be entitled to a full replacement of order, a refund or partial refund. you must contact GrubStop within 3 working hours of delivery of goods with details of any perceived deficiencies.
Lead Time and Deliveries
We require a working lead time of 48 hours for Catering Orders. Additional delivery costs may apply if your order is outside a specified delivery zone.
Product Descriptions
GrubStop attempts to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on GrubStop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (Including after you have submitted your order).
Pricing and Sales Tax
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice; the prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and exclude sales taxes and delivery. Sales Tax will be charged in accordance with the prevailing tax laws, including Healthcare Mandates.
Cancellation Fee
Charges for cancelled Orders will be applied as follows. All orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the selected delivery time will be refunded in full. All orders cancelled within 48 hours of the selected delivery time will not be refunded.
Copyrights
All content included on the Online Ordering site such as text, graphics logos button icons images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software is protected by copyright laws.
Licence and Site Access
GrubStop grants you a limited licence to access this site. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, nor any collection or use of any product listings descriptions or prices, nor any derivative use of this site or its contents, nor any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant nor any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial gain.
No Waiver
The failure of GrubStop to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of said right or provision. Neither party hereto shall be deemed to be in default of any provision of the Terms of Use or for failure in performance resulting from acts or events beyond the reasonable control of such party and arising without its fault or negligence, including, but not be limited to, acts of God, civil or military authority, interruption of electric or telecommunication services, civil disturbances, acts of war or terrorists, strikes, fires, floods or other catastrophes.
Indemnity
By using GrubStop’s services or accessing the website, you warrant that you and the company or organization you represent, while interacting with GrubStop or otherwise, agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GrubStop and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to Grubstop including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy (Agreements), including without limitation your breach of any of the representations and warranties you make in these Agreements; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights
