Orders
Online ordering is available up to 2 days in advance of
requested date.
Orders placed online are subject to availability and may be
adjusted post online confirmation.
Catering for events must go through our office team, please
contact 018957565 or email welcome@gourmetfoodparlour.com
Payments
Payment is required at time of online purchase.
We accept credit/debit cards, or EFT direct to our account
(please enquire for details)
If you use our services on a regular basis, we can
facilitate monthly credit terms subject to approval with our accounts team
(please enquire for details)
Deliveries and Collections
We operate on delivery window scheduling as it is not always
possible to meet a specifically requested time.
For deliveries, please ensure there is someone available on
site to accept the order. Any delays on acceptance of a delivery over 15
minutes may result in delivery additional charges.
If delivery has not
been accepted within that 15 minutes and no contact has been made we will move
to the next delivery.
Collection orders placed on our website are available to
collect from our Catering location only, ased in Santry Business Park.
Equipment Returns
Any equipment from a collection order must be returned to
our premises within 72 hours of pick up.
Failure to return equipment may result in additional
charges.
Broken or lost equipment will be charged to you are the full
replacement value.
Product availability and pricing
We endeavour to ensure the availability of all the items
listed on our website, however if there is a shortage we will make contact with
you to inform you.
Any price changes on our products will be notified by email.
Order amendments and cancellations
Any changes to orders must be notified via email (welcome@gourmetfoodparlour.com)
or phone (01 895 7565) with at least 24 hours notice. Any amendments after this
time are subject to availability.
The cut off time for cancelling orders is 48 hours before
the requested pick up/delivery time. Cancellations later than this notice
period may be subject to full or partial charge.
