Terms & Conditions

Making a Booking

We require 24 hours’ notice on all beverage orders & 48 hours’ notice on all food orders.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8.00-16.00. Any bookings outside of these hours, or for larger events, will incur an additional labour charge.

We will always endeavour to accommodate all bookings, however for us to provide you the best service possible, we kindly ask you to note our cancellation deadline of 48 hours.

 

Dietary & Allergen Requirements

If you or any of your party has any dietary or allergen requirements, please speak to a member of our team who will be able to advise you. 

To comply with food safety regulations, all food must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.


Bespoke & Fine Dining

If any of the menus in our brochure do not meet your requirements, or you require a bespoke menu for your event, please contact Tom Long, General Manager, at t.long@gold.ac.uk or Brad Knight, Account Manager, at bknight@baxterstorey.com, who will be delighted to help create an innovative tailored menu for your needs.
