WELCOME TO LDN KX CATERING

EMEA GPS recommends using the in-house Food and Beverage vendor for catering needs at King’s Cross to ensure consistency of service levels. Any outside catering order will not be supported by GPS.

 

EVENT GUIDELINES

Our goal is to ensure that your event is a success in every way. To do this, we work closely with our catering partners to ensure that the food and service provided is of the highest quality. However, please be aware that there are certain guidelines and parameters set by the catering team that must be adhered to maintain the integrity of their services. We will work with you to ensure that all your needs are met within these parameters.


HOW TO ORDER

All meetings and events catering orders must be booked by the meeting/event owner. For internal customers, access the platform using your Nike SSO. External customers may create a login via Spoonfed.

Process your order and indicate how many of each item you require, please note there is a minimum of 6 and maximum of 30 applied to all orders. For all orders above 30, please reach out to catering.london@nike.com.

 

Ø  Order
Please ensure your order is sufficient for the amount of guests in your booking. Please note
any unused drinks are the responsibility of the event host. They will be stored for 48hrs after the event and if not collected will be donated to Thirsty Thursday

Ø  Ordering Quantities
We supply portion size information next to each menu item. For advice, please reach out to catering.london@nike.com

Ø  Allergens & Intolerances
You will be asked to enter the dietary restrictions for your group. Food allergies and intolerances are becoming increasingly prevalent and can pose a serious health risk. It's important to be aware of any special dietary restrictions and requirements of your guests when ordering office catering. As a meeting organizer you are duty-bound to ensure that special dietary requests are considered, and wherever possible, provided for during meetings, gatherings, and training events.

Ø  Delivery Information
Please indicate the floor and room you would like your catering delivered and any other important delivery information.
Please note that catering orders cannot be delivered to any meeting rooms. Please indicate via the checkout page where you would like your order delivered. For example, The Clubhouse.

Ø  Service Charge
A service charge is applied to every catering order, this cost covers equipment and labour.

 

NOTICE PERIODS

  • Catering bookings require 3 business days. Please note our business days run from Monday – Thursday.
  • Cancellations – Please inform catering.london@nike.com to cancel your booking. Cancellations made 2 business days or more of your booking will be refunded. Any cancellations made within 2 business days will incur the total cost of the order


PAYMENTS

  • Payments can be made via ‘One time payment’. Spoonfed accepts all major debit or credit cards.

  

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION

To ensure proper planning and preparation, we kindly request that final numbers be provided at least two business days before the event.

Should the need for cancellation arise, please be advised that charges incurred up to the time of cancellation will be applied.

Please make sure to update any change in dietary restrictions/allergies to the Catering team a minimum of two business days before your meeting/event. 

LAST MINUTE REQUESTS:

All catering orders must be submitted at least 3 business days before the delivery date.

We understand that events can come up unexpectedly, so if you have a last-minute request, please connect with the catering team immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure the success of your event.  However, please note that orders placed within 2 business days of your event may be directed to the Clubhouse and orders for less than 6 people that do not qualify for catering orders will also be directed to the Clubhouse.

Please note our business days are Monday – Thursday.


ALCOHOL AT LDN KX

Any alcoholic beverages provided by Nike Catering must remain at LDN KX and may not be taken off-site.

Our alcohol service policy requires guests to order a reasonable amount of food when ordering any alcoholic beverages.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all of LDN KX. More information on alcohol serving guidelines may be found here.


THINGS TO KNOW

·       Perishable items can only be kept out for a maximum of 2 hours to ensure the safety and freshness of your meal. This precaution can help avoid any potential health hazards.

·       A specific service area will be designated based on the meeting room you have been allocated.  No catering can be organized inside meeting rooms.

·       All the necessary items are provided with your catering delivery. This includes serving ware, plates, cups, silverware, napkins, and a table for food & beverages (if applicable).

·       Catering services will handle all delivery, setup and coordinate for cleanup.

·       We encourage you to reach out to us without hesitation if you have any dietary needs or require assistance in customizing your menu. Themed lunches, props and celebration cakes are available.
