Terms & Conditions
DEADLINES –
Orders need to be placed before 3pm one business day before the delivery day.
Any orders placed after 3pm will are subject to change to Chef’s Whim based on
availability.
LAST MINUTE ORDERS –
Any last-minute order must be communicated directly to the café, or to a
catering manager and followed up with a confirmation.
Please email IOPScateringteam@cpgplc.onmicrosoft.com or visit the café and speak to
a manager.
LARGER EVENTS –
Events larger than 100 guests must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to
guarantee menu choices.
CUSTOM EVENTS (Tent Events, Quest Events, Specialty Items, etc.) –
Need to be placed at least 2 weeks prior to guarantee menu choices.
CATERING FEE/DELIVERY FEE –
There is
not a Catering Fee or Delivery Fee for Regeneron Buildings. A Delivery Fee may
apply to custom events based on specific requests.
ALLERGENS –
Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, peanut and
tree nut products, shellfish, fish, soy, sesame, and other potential allergens
in the food production area of our facility. If you or a member of your group
have a food allergy, please notify us.
TAX EXEMPT -
Tax exempt groups must provide a copy of their valid state sales tax exempt
certificate prior to event. Payment for events claiming tax exemption must
originate from the exempt organization. No third-party payment will be
accepted. A copy of the front and back of exempt organizations credit card is
due with signed contract.
CANCELLATIONS -
All cancellations must be done by the day prior and will be followed up with a
confirmation email. Cancellations the day of an event will be charged 100% of
the total event invoice.
