Food 

Please be aware that our food is produced in a kitchen that handles nuts and the 14 major allergens. While we endeavour to avoid cross contamination trace elements may be present. 

The 14 allergens are:

- Celery

- Cereal containing Gluten - Including Wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan, rye, barley and oats

- Crustaceans - such as prawns, crabs and lobsters 

- Eggs

- Fish

- Lupin

- Milk

- Molluscs - such as mussels and oysters 

- Mustard

- Tree nuts - including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts Brazil nuts, cashew, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts

- Peanuts 

- Sesame seeds 

- Soybeans 

- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) 


We will do our best to accommodate, but please get in touch with any dietary or allergy requirements. 

All food needs to be consumed on the day of delivery and stored in a refrigerated unit before consumption. 

Ordering 

Our office hours are 8:30 am - 5 PM Monday to Friday 

Orders must be placed/amended by 3 PM the day before to guarantee delivery, any orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed and amended on a Friday must be received by 3 pm to guarantee a Monday delivery. 

All orders will be confirmed by one of our team members or automated online confirmation by email 

Delivery 

Please allow a 60 Minute delivery slot for your deliveries 

City centre deliveries are free of charge in Edinburgh, Glasgow & Aberdeen when order value is £50 or above. 

For deliveries outside the city centres please call for a quote 

The above is based on delivery between the hours of 7:30 am - 15:00 pm Monday to Friday 

For delivery outside of these postcodes and times please call for a quote 

Weekend deliveries are at the managements' discretion and a £25 surcharge will be added to Saturday, and a £50 surcharge added to Sunday deliveries 

Cancellation 

Any cancellations must be made by 3 PM the day prior to delivery to avoid being charged (and by 3 PM on a Friday if it is for a Monday delivery). 

Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will be charged 100% of value.

Payment Terms 

As a social business we rely on prompt payment from our customers and request that you pay either at the point of ordering or within 14 days of receiving the invoice. 

You can make payment with card by following the link on the invoice to a secure payment portal
