Online Ordering
- The online ordering tool accepts orders up to 48 hours prior to an event with exceptions to certain hot food orders.
- For orders needed less than 48 hours in advance, directly contact your catering representative. Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to approval and incur a late fee.
- Orders requiring special room setups must be placed 7 days prior to the event.
Order Changes or Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to an event (except for specific items noted otherwise).
- Orders can be modified or cancelled here in Spoonfed under your profile > previous orders
- Any changes within 24 hours will be subject to additional fees and approval at the discretion of the kitchen.
- Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Any cancellation that is less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the order. Orders that include rental items will be charged the full amount of the rental invoice.
Additional "Non-Food" Items:
- Additional non-food items such as tablecloths, tents, etc. can be ordered using the Spoonfed system in the same way regular food items are ordered.
- Navigate to the "Non-Food" category to select additional non-food items for your event.
Pick Up Orders:
- All café equipment and carts must be returned to the café by the customer. Any equipment not returned will be charged to the appropriate department.
- Hot food orders held in a chafer are not available for Pick Up Service
