Catering Guidelines

Guidelines

  • Catering menu availability is determined by order lead time--to ensure full access to all options, please submit your catering order by 1 PM on the Tuesday prior to your event
  • Orders placed less than 1 full business day prior to your event date will be charged a $50 expedited service fee
  • Please allow up to 30 minutes for setup prior to your event start time
  • Disposable tableware (plates, utensils, cups, napkins) is provided unless otherwise stated
  • All catering equipment must remain in the event space after the event
  • For food safety, leftovers may not be packaged or taken off-site

 

Adjustments and Cancellations

·      Invoices are finalized and payment will be processed to the card on file 48 hours before your event date

·      Changes that reduce headcount or order quantities are not allowed within 48 hours of the event; requests for increases are subject to chef approval and availability

·      Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 2 full business days before the event

  • Cancellations received less than 2 full business days before the event will still be charged for the full invoice amount
