Policies
ADVANCE NOTICE
To ensure proper planning,
all food and beverage orders must be received a minimum of 2 business days
before your event. Seven (7) days’ notice is required for large receptions and
dinners. Orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice will depend on product
and staff availability. All food and beverage charges are subject to applicable
taxes.
ORDERING POLICY
- Orders and requirements must be received a
minimum of 2 business days before your event.
- For large receptions and dinners, 7 days’ notice
is required.
- Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance will
be based on availability.
- Guarantees are required 3 business days before
your event and must be paid at 50% of the price.
- For events with 100 or more guests, guarantees
are required 14 business days before the event.
- Increases of up to 10% may be accepted if product
is available. Larger increases will require a comparable substitution.
- Billings are based on the final guarantee or
actual attendance, whichever is higher.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We will make every effort to
accommodate dietary restrictions if notified during booking. Restrictions must
be provided by the time of the final guarantee. Depending on the number and
type of requests, additional charges may apply. Please note: our kitchen is not
nut-free or gluten-free.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- On-campus deliveries are free of charge.
- Off-campus deliveries may be subject to a fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be
received at least 2 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received
after this time may incur a fee of up to 100% of anticipated charges. Aramark
reserves the right to waive fees in specific cases (e.g., severe weather).
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
MENU MINIMUMS
Menu minimums are specified
throughout the catering menu. Please contact our office to discuss options for
events below the listed minimums.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any incidentals or
additional charges will be processed immediately following the event.
PERISHABLE FOOD POLICY
In compliance with Food
Safety Regulations, no food may be removed from events. Take-home containers
will not be provided.
SERVICE
- All quoted prices include basic service ware
(compostable plates, flatware, cups, etc.).
- China service may be available at an
additional fee.
- Linen is available at an additional fee.
SERVICE STAFF
- Standard deliveries do not include service staff.
- Professionally trained staff may be booked at an
additional charge (minimum 3 hours per server).
- Some menu items or large orders may require staff
to remain on site. The Catering team will advise if this applies to your
order.
ACCESS
Clients are responsible for
ensuring delivery access and adequate setup space. Please contact our office if
you are unsure of requirements.
