Terms & Conditions

ORDERING:

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for Deli Lunch orders and 72 hours notice for Hot Food orders.
  • Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • For EMERGENCY/URGENT orders, please call us at (403)264-7447 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

DELIVERIES:

  • Deliveries before 7:30am and after 7:30pm may incur an additional $25-$100 charge, depending on the order. 
  • We ask that you provide us with a 30 minute delivery window for all deliveries.
  • We try to pick up all equipment the same day but it is not guaranteed. For a GUARANTEED same-day pick-up, a $25.00 charge will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We ask for a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel any pre-existing orders. (For large events/orders, a minimum 1 weeks notice is required.)

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • We require a credit card to secure all bookings. We accept: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. (E-Transfers, cheques or cash are also accepted methods of payment.) 
  • Payment is due upon invoice. After 2 weeks, a 2% interest charge may apply.
