Terms and Conditions - Office and Event Catering

Placement of Orders - It is a requirement that weekend catering orders be received by The Good Food Store no later than the previous Thursday 09.00 to allow for ordering and processing of your catering needs. Week day catering: Breakfast & Lunch Platter catering orders need to be placed by 12.00 the day before they are required. Other catering orders need to be placed  three days before they are required. Catering orders placed after these times may incur a late booking fee of 10%

Last minute orders - Our team is available to assist you and, as a result, we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. So we can give you an accurate and fast response when you call, we will check with the kitchen for product and delivery availability and call you back as soon as possible. A charge of 10% of the order might apply to orders placed on the same day to cover the individual food preparation and delivery.

Booking confirmation - For Drop Off catering orders, upon receipt of your catering order confirmation, ensure all details are correct including time of delivery or collection, number of people, location and contact details. We need any alterations to made in writing by email to catering@thegoodfoodstore.ie

Minimum numbers - Minimum order numbers apply as stated on menus for office and event catering.

Final catering numbers- Final catering numbers are due two business days prior. We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small changes must be lodged by 09.00 the day of the order.

Special dietary requirements - We understand the importance of catering for specialised dietary needs. Our menu has options of vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. We can tailor our menu to most dietary requirements, if catering orders are confirmed within the above timelines.
Please note that we do not operate a nut-free kitchen.

Payment - Credit card will be required for all bookings. If you wish to go on account with The Good Food Store, you will need to fill in our credit application form for approval. Please email accounts@thegoodfoodstore to request one.
Payment terms are 14 days from receipt of invoice. An invoice will be emailed to you once the order is delivered.

Cancellations - Cancellation charges will apply when your catering requirements have been confirmed in writing and where costs have been incurred in regards to food, labour or other services. The following deadlines apply to cancellations:
Up to 10 people – by 17.00 the business day before. 10-25 people - two business days prior to the delivery/event date
All orders over 25 people – three business days prior to the delivery/event date
A 100% cancellation fee where we have not been advised of a cancelled event in writing and the order has been prepared and/or delivered. Staff charges will apply.

Delivery times - Standard delivery times are 8.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
Weekend delivery is available upon request.
Additional charges including staffing will apply for weekends and outside operating hours. If orders are over €200 chef charges are waived.

Lost or Broken Equipment - Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
By signing the Catering Confirmation order you agree to the above terms and conditions and accept responsibility to abide by these terms.

0km – 3km - €0.00

3km – 5km  - €10.00

5km – 10km - €15.00

10km – 20km - €35.00

For deliveries outside 20km, please contact Good Food Store Directly office, as additional surcharges will apply
** Outside of 20km radius, a minimum spend of €200(ex Tolls) is required
** Please note the above, delivery rates and minimum spend are for most orders, however there might be additional charges on certain orders. Our representatives will contact you in such cases
