Hope Cafe and Catering's Terms and Conditions are that all orders are due on or before time of delivery. Payment accepted in Cash, Check, Credit Card, Paypal and Venmo.
Cancellation Policy, within 24 business hours there is a 25% charge to offset food cost that has been purchased and or preppared for your order.
If you wish to have credit terms and pay after your event you must have approval from owner Chef Tony or Ann Lancaster and that payment is due in full within 14 days. Any other terms must be pre-approved by Chef Tony Lancaster. All orders over either 50 guests or $1,000 may require a minimum of 25% deposit to hold date.
