DISCLOSURES & INFORMATION CATERING POLICIES

Please check if
your facility offers catering service. If not, please feel free to use the
“pick up” option
●
Operating Hours:
Check your local facility. This is when we are ready to receive catering
orders.
●
Orders must be
confirmed with no further changes by 9:30am the business day before the event.
Orders received after 10:30am for the following business day will not be accepted.
You can still utilise the “Pick Up” option on our website.
●
Acceptable
Payments. All catering orders must be confirmed by either having a registered
user with valid cost center in their profile or by providing a credit card
number in advance. Any orders not conformed with the above may not be
processed.
●
Payments are
processed the day of the event. Orders over $500 require a 50% deposit due to
book the event (not needed when using an approved cost center).
●
For beverage
services, all cups, creamers, sugars, stirrers, etc. are provided at no
additional cost.
●
Tips: All Tips
are optional. We only accept tips with check and credit card payments. We do
not accept cash tips.
●
Cancellation
Policy Catering orders canceled after 10:30 am the business day before, may
incur a 50% cancellation charge for the order. Orders canceled same day as the
event, will be subject to the full amount.
●
Fees - There is a
1% processing fee on all online orders. Fees are charged to offset the
additional expenses, including insurance, gateway processing, secure
transactions Etc.
●
Catering/delivery
Charge - There is 20% catering charge on all catering orders. The charge is to
offset labor, insurance , maintenance and equipment.
●
Delivery
time/clean up time change on the day of the event incurs a $30.00 fee. Clean up
fee is $30.00.
●
Orders outside
the facility’s operating time frame need email special approval. These will
incur a $30.00 fee per hour for every hour after the facility’s closing time .
Weekend catering requires a $100 minimum.
●
Delivery Policy -
Orders will be delivered up to 30 minutes prior to specified time. Free
delivery on all catering orders on ZoomCaffe’s building locations.
