Terms & Conditions
A
minimum spend of £5 must be purchased when ordering hospitality. VAT is not
applied when payment is made via an internal cost code. Due to logistical challenges
certain items cannot be provided to certain areas of campus. In this instance
the hospitality manager will contact you to amend your booking. If your event
runs after 5pm or is on a weekend than a staffing cost will be added. Orders
must be cancelled 72 working hours ahead of the delivery time.
For refunds and/ or returns of catering, we should be informed within 24 working hours of delivery, anything after may not be
refunded. Any equipment not found when we clear the delivery at the agreed time, will be billed to the relevant activity code. If you find any discrepancies
or shortfalls with an order, please contact catering immediately and we will do
everything possible to rectify the situation. In order to comply with contractual
tender agreements between the University of Roehampton & Elior UK, Elior UK
must be given first refusal for all hospitality provided on campus. Under
exceptional circumstances this exclusivity can be wavered, however this must be
approved by the Elior UK site Contract Manager, and
is completely at their discretion. Please contact the Hospitality Manager for
further information regarding this.
We cater
for all your needs, if you have any dietary requirements
or food allergies please contact the Hospitality team to discuss a tailored
menu for you. Elior staff are trained to follow best practice procedures
in our kitchens and take steps to minimise the risk of foods coming into
contact with other food products, including allergens. However, due to the
presence of ingredients that contain allergens that are routinely used in our
kitchens, and that normal operations may involve shared cooking and preparation
areas, we can never guarantee that a dish is completely free from any allergens
/ specific ingredients. The allergen information given is based on the
information provided by our suppliers.
It is
the client’s responsibility to arrange set of the room ready for delivery, if you
require the room layout to be changed please contact the caretakers. If the
room is not set up appropriately or the room is not accessible (i.e. upstairs in a building with no
lift) we may
be unable to deliver your hospitality. The hospitality team are unable to take
any responsibility for any items that may go missing.
