Payment


Upon receipt of your email we will then follow up by telephone to confirm your order and take payment by debit

or credit card (we accept American Express and all major credit cards). If you wish to pay by invoice or would like to set up an account for future orders, please let us know and we will get in touch to discuss payment terms and credit facilities.


Communications


While we endeavour to respond on the same day to confirm your order. Email orders received after 4pm will be responded to the following day.


Delivery information


Please let us know if access to your delivery address is difficult in any way; are there are parking issues, road works and/or any other logistical challenges that we should be aware of? Please note that although we endeavour to arrive as close to an agreed delivery time as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival due to factors outside of

our control, such as traffic. Delivery charges may apply to some orders. Full details will be supplied when confirming your order.



Frequently asked questions

Can I change my order once it has been placed?


We are usually able to accommodate changes made 72hrs before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments. Please note that we consider all orders final 48hrs before the scheduled event date and are not able to make any changes after this time.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

Regrettably, any orders that are cancelled less than 48hrs before

the scheduled date will be charged 100% of the total invoice. This charge is to cover food that cannot be used, staffing,

equipment hire and commissions we may have declined in order to accommodate your order.


Additional costs: We serve our food on stainless steel platters, slates and boards. Unreturned or damaged items will be the

client’s responsibility and a replacement cost will be added to the final invoice.


Management fees may apply and will be set out in our quotation

if applicable.


Allergens Food: Allergens are present in our production kitchen and while we try our best we cannot guarantee any menu

item will be completely free from a particular allergen.
