- Placing orders.
To make a purchase, simply browse Le
Montmartre catering and click on any items that you wish to add to your order. By
ordering on our website, you confirm that you have been given authority to
order for the company’s catering needs. We accept orders (including changes and
cancellations) until 11pm on the day before delivery. We can also accommodate same
day orders with at least 2h notice, if you call us on 0207 936 4108. There is no booking fee when ordering online, while there is a £5 service fee for email & phone orders.
- Cancellation of order.
There is no charge for orders cancelled on
the day before via your account for office catering orders.
On the day of delivery, the cancellation charge is 100% for all orders cancelled.
About pop up events catering, the charge is 50% when cancelled on the 2 working days before the event, and 100% if cancelled on the same day (working days are Monday to Friday)
- Prices
All our menu prices exclude VAT. VAT will
be charged in keeping with current regulations. Our prices are subject to
change. Our latest prices are featured on our website.
- Payment terms
Payment is made by credit card when booking online.
In some occasions, Le Montmartre can offer 15 days credit facilities to its clients. In this case, the client will receive an invoice via email on the day of delivery. Invoices are payable within 15 days by BACS. Any lateness in payment will cause the account being suspended and moved to card pre-payments for future orders.
- Delivery timing
The delivery will take place within the 60 minutes before the booked time. For example, for a lunch delivery booked for 12pm, the delivery will take place between 11am and 12pm. However, Le Montmartre will do its best to deliver within the 30 minutes window as shown on the booking.
- Non-Returnable
For reasons of hygiene and public health,
exchanges are not available for food items.

8. Privacy policy.
8.1. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
