Ordering

 

Please place orders via the online ordering system (https://api.getspoonfed.com/874/elior-lakeside-north-harbour/)

 

Once placed and fully processed a confirmation email will be sent to the organisers email address. Upon receipt of the order it will be of the understanding that the budget holder has agreed to the order. If pre-authorisation or an financial agreement has not been sought, the individual who has placed the order has an obligation to pay.

 

If you do not receive a confirmation email please assume we have not received your request.

 

All prices are inclusive of delivery and collection only. If you require a staff member to be present for the duration of your event then please contact us for a quote.

  

Late Ordering

Orders received less than 48 hours prior to the function cannot be guaranteed although every effort will be made to fulfil your request, by calling us on 02392 313944. Bookings received within this period will incur a late booking charge of £6.00

 

Please note that alterations/substitutions of menus/items may occur for late orders due to stock and supply issues.


Cancellations & No Shows

Any cancellations of orders within 24 hours of delivery will result in a 100% charge being applied.

 

Service Hours

Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1500

 

Functions outside of these hours should be booked at least 1 week prior & a labour surcharge may be added. Labour charges are determined based on the individual booking and will be calculated specifically for your event. If you are planning an event and would like a bespoke quote please contact a member of our team who will be more than happy to help.

 

Delivery

Due to the logistics and nature of delivering hospitality we reserve the right to deliver up to 15 minutes prior to you requested booking time.

 

Please ensure a sufficient number of tables are available specifically for catering to allow prompt delivery to your event. Without tables we may be unable to deliver.

 

Any equipment losses or breakages will be recharged to the customer.

  

Invoices & Receipts

All invoices and receipts will be sent out by email for customers. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct.

Any requests for duplicate invoices and receipts will receive a £10 admin charge.

 

Allergen Aware

Allergen information shown on the website is advisory, as substitute items may be used. For more information please contact a member of staff.

 

Specific dietary requirements

Our menus are compiled as a guide and our most popular dietary requirements alternatives are shown under the section dietary requirements. We are however able to cater for specific dietary requirements with sufficient prior notice. We have a team of experienced professionals from the catering industry, who will be pleased to discuss any specific or individual requirements you have.
