DISCLAIMER : All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens maybe present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen. 

Our dish descriptions do not include all of the ingredients used to make the dish. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please speak to a Management before placing an ordering. Full allergen information is available. Management can advise of all ingredients used.

Quality Assurance

Under the Government Food Hygiene regulations all cold food should be consumed within FOUR hours of delivery. Hot food should be consumed within 2 hours, thereafter it is your responsibility when food which is left unsupervised by the consent of the client is NOT covered under our Public Liability Insurance.

Data Protection

We will process any personal data collected from the Customer for the purposes of administering the booking for the Event. We may also process such data to provide the Customer from time-to-time with information on other services that it provides and other events organised by us if we feel that it will be of interest to the customer. We will not give your details out to any third parties

 

Delivery

Please book your order to arrive 30 minutes before it is required.

If you have refrigeration facilities we are happy to deliver as early as 9.00am.

 

Confirming your booking

Once your order has been confirmed you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the items ordered and the delivery details.

We do ask that when booking you give as much notice as possible, preferably three working days, but we understand that occasionally bookings need to be made at the last minute. We will do our best to deliver at short notice but this may affect the items you are able to order.  To make a late booking, please contact Lemonthyme by phone 01223 501903 or email info@lemonthyme.co.uk because you cannot make a booking on Spoonfed with such late notice.

 

Allergens and special dietary requirements

We have a full list of ingredients and allergen information for all. We can cater for most dietary requirements, as highlighted in the online booking, but please ensure you state dietary requirements on your booking form, too (this is in one of the final stages of the Spoonfed. Ordering system.

 

Delivery & Minimum orders

For most events we use 100% compostable trays, plates, cutlery and cups. If you require china for your event please do state this on your booking form. We always collect china and glassware from clients.

Please disposed of all compostable disposables in food waste bins.

All orders start from £30.00.

 

Final Numbers and cancellation

Please confirm numbers three working days before your event. We understand that things can change and we will try to accommodate where possible.

Cancellation received with less than two working days notice prior to the event – 85% of the total event cost

All goods and ingredients are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or it is of insufficient quality for a client’s function, Saffron reserves the right to make a substitution. Wherever possible the client will be notified of any changes in advance.
