ALLERGENS DISCLAIMER : Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces of common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
Under our Public & Products Liability there is an endorsement which excludes claims arising out of nut allergies.
Our current policy has the following liability cover –- £5,000,000 Indemnity
Data Protection
We will process any personal data collected from the Customer for the purposes of administering booking / order. We may also process such data to provide the Customer from time-to-time with information on other services or events organised by us if we feel that it will be of interest to the customer. We will not give your details out to any third parties
Confirming your booking
Once your order has been confirmed you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the items ordered and the delivery details.
We do ask that when booking you give as much notice as possible, preferably five working days, but we understand that occasionally bookings need to be made at the last minute. We will do our best to deliver at short notice but this may affect the items you are able to order. Delivery & minimum order
Minimum order £50.00.
Please book your order to arrive 30 minutes before it is required.
If you have refrigeration facilities we are happy to deliver as early as 9.00am.
All our food will be delivered in refrigerated vans.
Changes to your booking & Cancellations
If you need to amend an order prior to your event please call or email quoting your booking reference
number. The booking will be amended where possible and a new confirmation emailed.
Cancellations must be confirmed by email and charges are as follows:
More than 48 working hours: No charge
Between 24 and 48 working hours: 50% charge
Less than 24 working hours: Full charge
All goods and ingredients are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable , Lemonthyme reserves the right to make a substitution.

All prices are subject to change throughout the year.
