How do I get a quote for an event?

Please contact us at thekitchen@kcpeaches.com or on 01-6770333. You can also place an order on our website through Deliveroo.


How far in advance do I need to order?

Please try to contact us as early as possible, we ask that all cold food orders are received no later than 2pm the previous business day. For hot food, the deadline is 2pm two days' before. However, we will always do our best to accommodate orders within a 24 hour time frame (based on the requirements and volume of the order needed).


What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Large orders, event food and hot food require a minimum cancellation period of 2pm two business days before. 
- Cold food must be cancelled by 2pm at least one business day before.
- After this deadline, we must charge our customers the full cost of any order that is not cancelled within the required time frame.
- Any food booked the day of or within the cancellation period is unfortunately non-refundable.


Is there a minimum order amount?

Our minimum order on Spoonfed is €35.00, excluding delivery. Should your order be less than this amount, please email us at thekitchen@kcpeaches.com.


Can I purchase wine and beer from KC Peaches?

Yes. you can purchase wine and beverages from us and have it dropped straight to your door on the day of the event. Alternatively, you can choose to have our staff serve the alcohol for you. The choice is yours.


What are KC Peaches office opening hours?

Our offices are open for orders between the hours of 7am and 2pm Monday through Friday. For support/contact between these times, please email thekitchen@kcpeaches.com.


Can I get food delivered on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, please contact us for details. You may be asked to collect your order from one of our cafes and the menu may differ from what we have to offer here in the catering department.


Does KC Peaches charge delivery on orders?

Yes. These fees are calculated at checkout, based on your location and time of delivery.


Can I hire service staff to assist me with my event?

Yes. KC Peaches offers service and culinary support from our experienced staff at an additional cost, please send us an email to have this option added to your order.


Can I hire equipment for my event?

We can organise everything you need for your event from linen, tables and chairs to glassware, crockery and cutlery. Whatever you need, we can get it.


Can I set up a corporate account with KC Peaches?

Yes, we will request some paperwork to be filled out and credit checks for this arrangement to be entered into.


Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?

Absolutely. KC Peaches offer a full range of foods suitable for all dietary requirements. However, *we cannot guarantee* our food is allergen-free as we work in an open food preparation environment.


Is VAT included in the prices?

No, all prices quoted are ex-VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout.
