Terms & Conditions
Sugar & Spice Bakery shall be referred to as “we/us/our” and the customer shall be referred to as “you/your”
throughout this document.
You agree to:
- not change your order less than 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivers for regular items or less than 48 hours for
- specialty items and special request items.
- have an active account with us on Spoonfeed.
- not reproduce or replicate any information on this order for or our website for personal or commercial
- purposes.
- not resell items you purchase from us.
- not return any items purchased from us.
- place an order of order equal to or above the required minimum order value.
- place an order for personal use for yourself or have authorization to place an order from a third party such as an
- employer or organization.
- place orders for regular items 24 – 48 hours in advance of your pick-up or delivery date.
- place special requests 48 to 72 hours in advance of your pick-up or delivery date.
- pay applicable sales tax and cancellation and delivery fees.
- pay in full for your order if you fail to pick it up.
- provide accurate payment information, i.e. university account or credit card information.
- provide an accurate date, time, and location for delivery orders.
We agree to provide you:
- an email confirmation of your order that includes a list of items, pricing information, and delivery or pick-up
- information such as date, location, and time.
- delivery service only within a defined area. We do not offer shipping.
- product descriptions, and allergen information for the items we offer. Due to supply chain shortages, we may
- substitute ingredients without notification to you which could affect this information.
- not sell or provide your information to any agency outside of Indiana University.
Cancellation fee schedule
We do not accept cancellations less than 24 hours prior to pick-up or deliver for regular items and less than 48 hours for
specialty or special request items.
Cancellation received on orders for regular items
- More than 72 hours in advance 0% of total costs less applicable taxes
- 72 – 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up date 20% of order total less applicable taxes
- 48 – 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up date 30% of order total less applicable taxes
- 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled delivery/pick up date 100% of order total less applicable taxes
Cancellation received on orders for specialty or special request items
- 72 hours in advance 20% of total costs less applicable taxes
- 72 – 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up date 50% of order total less applicable taxes
- 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled delivery/pick up date 100% of order total less applicable taxes

If you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you receive or the service we provided, please contact us at
