• not change your order less than 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivers for regular items or less than 48 hours for
• specialty items and special request items.
• have an active account with us on Spoonfeed.
• not reproduce or replicate any information on this order for or our website for personal or commercial
• purposes.
• not resell items you purchase from us.
• not return any items purchased from us.
• place an order of order equal to or above the required minimum order value.
• place an order for personal use for yourself or have authorization to place an order from a third party such as an
• employer or organization.
• place orders for regular items 24 – 48 hours in advance of your pick-up or delivery date.
• place special requests 48 to 72 hours in advance of your pick-up or delivery date.
• pay applicable sales tax and cancellation and delivery fees.
• pay in full for your order if you fail to pick it up.
• provide accurate payment information, i.e. university account or credit card information.
• provide an accurate date, time, and location for delivery orders.

• an email confirmation of your order that includes a list of items, pricing information, and delivery or pick-up
• information such as date, location, and time.
• delivery service only within a defined area. We do not offer shipping.
• product descriptions, and allergen information for the items we offer. Due to supply chain shortages, we may
• substitute ingredients without notification to you which could affect this information.
• not sell or provide your information to any agency outside of Indiana University.

• 72 hours in advance 20% of total costs less applicable taxes
• 72 – 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up date 50% of order total less applicable taxes
