Cancellations
With our commitment to a zero waste kitchen and our community of small family farms, all cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to delivery. For any extenuating circumstances within the 72 hours prior to delivery please email us directly cs@greentop.farm and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note cancelations within 72 hours of delivery will incur a cancelation fee.
72 Hours before the delivery - 25% of the total order
48 Hours before the delivery - 35% of the total order
24 Hours before the delivery - 50% of the total order
Day Of delivery - 100% of the total order
Returns
While returns are not accepted we do encourage you to save or donate any left over food. If you have additional utensils or dishes please enjoy them with your next meal and, if applicable, be sure to compost them when finished.
