Allergen Statement
We use numerous
ingredients in our kitchen to produce fresh and seasonal products. Our product
range is produced using shared equipment in a busy environment where we
regularly change our menus and recipes.
On your booking
confirmation page, you will be prompted to provide details of any allergies,
dietary requirements, or intolerances for your attendees. Should you have any questions, please contact
your
hospitality management team
ahead of your booking and our team can
support you.
Adults need around
2000kcal a day.
Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that we
require from 2 to 5 working days notice for food and drinks orders. All menu
items are subject to minimum orders and can be adapted in keeping with all
event requests and government guidelines.
All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to
VAT.
Cancellations are accepted based on the menu at least 5 working days before the
booking. To cancel an order, please contact your catering team. Cancellation
without required notice may mean you incur a charge.
Booking for 50 and more attendees.
All food and beverage requests must be arranged directly with the
Hospitality team. Initial contact must be made at least 2–3 weeks before the
event.
- Events with more than 50
guests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Additional labour,
equipment and service charges may apply depending on event requirements.
- Final guest numbers must
be confirmed at least 5 working days before the event.
Charging basis
- Charges will be based on
the final confirmed guest numbers, not actual attendance on the day.
- Any reduction in
attendance on the day will not result in a refund or credit.
- Any increases after the
confirmation deadline will be subject to availability and may incur
additional charges.
Hospitality cancellation policy
Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given and costs
already incurred:
- More than 10 working
days’ notice: No charge
- 5–10 working days’
notice: Up to 50% of catering costs may be charged
- 2–4 working days’
notice: Up to 75% of catering costs may be charged
- Less than 2 working
days’ notice or non-attendance: Up to 100% of catering costs may be
charged
Where food, beverages, staffing or supplier costs have already
been committed, we reserve the right to recover the full associated costs.
