Online Ordering Process
To place an order with Meltdown (“we” or “our”), the Customer (“you”):

Must have an active account.

Must place orders only for yourself, your employer, or another organisation for which you have proper authorisation.

Must provide, for delivery orders, a valid postcode, delivery time, and delivery date. The postcode must fall within our designated delivery zones; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the order. Delivery dates and times must fall within our operating hours.

Must place an order equal to or greater than the minimum order value.

May add Order Notes or Delivery Notes when selecting food items. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests.

Must select a delivery address (for delivery orders) and may provide optional delivery details. A billing address must also be entered or selected.

May choose to pay on account (if this facility has been approved) or by credit or debit card.

Must agree to our Terms & Conditions, which are accessible at any time during the ordering process.

Must treat all Meltdown staff respectfully. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated, and Meltdown reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if such behaviour occurs.
Receipt of Order
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing a full breakdown of items and costs, the total order amount, the delivery date, the requested delivery deadline, and the delivery location (for delivery orders).
Amendments to Orders
Any changes to an order must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, we reserve the right to refuse amendments requested within 24 hours of the scheduled order time.
Refunds
If the products or services you receive are incorrect or do not meet Meltdown’s quality standards, you may be eligible for a replacement, full refund, or partial refund.
You must contact Meltdown within 3 working hours of delivery with details of any issues or deficiencies.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and public health, food items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Lead Time and Deliveries

We require a 48-hour working lead time for all online orders.

If you have a last-minute request, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

If your address falls outside our delivery zone, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Product Descriptions
Meltdown strives to ensure all product descriptions and information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other site content are error-free, complete, or fully reliable.
From time to time, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pricing and Sales Tax
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
All prices listed on this site exclude sales taxes and delivery fees.
Sales tax will be applied in accordance with prevailing tax laws.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate adjustments. However, due to the preparation and scheduling involved in catering, the following cancellation policy applies:

Same-day orders: Once placed, same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Orders cancelled less than 10 working hours before the scheduled delivery time: Cancellations will not be accepted, and the full order amount will be charged.

Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value may apply to cover food preparation and staffing costs.

Orders cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or more: You may cancel at no charge.

All content on the Meltdown online ordering site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is protected by copyright laws.
License and Site Access
Meltdown grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site.
This license does not permit:

The resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.

The collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices.

Any derivative use of this site or its contents.

The downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant.

The use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools.
This site, or any portion thereof, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without express written consent from Meltdown.
